A rebellious beer, pure malt, strong and refined. Supple and full-flavoured, with a subtle hint of cloves and spices.
Unfiltered pale beer, made from barley, wheat and rice malt. Flavoured with ginger, citronella and citrus. Fresh and exotic.

Pleasant ginger aroma, with a burst of freshness on the tongue. Citrus end note. The most versatile of our beers, it is perfect in beer-based dishes while adding a touch of spice… delicious!
IMild English amber, pure malt, superbly balanced. Same mineral content as the spring water used in the famed beer-making capital of Burton upon Trent, England.

Smooth top note that becomes ample and generous, with a small hit of warmth. Very versatile and mild.
Absinthe-based stout, brewed with roots, herbs and strongly roasted malt. A blend of a dozen ingredients, it develops hints of coffee and chocolate.

This stout is delightfully intense. Both balanced and complex, it is reminiscent of the famed drink that drove 19th century poets to madness.
German-style pale ale, brewed in the long-standing Kölsch beer tradition of Cologne, Germany.
